A beloved Provençal classic, the Navette de Marseille is a boat-shaped biscuit that’s crisp, fragrant, and elegantly simple.

Our recipe honours tradition: olive oil for a delicate crumb, orange blossom water and fresh orange zest for that unmistakable Southern aroma. Not too sweet, perfect with coffee in the morning or for the 4 pm goûter.
