When should I place my order?

For weekends, order early in the week (standard cakes). For themed/custom cakes, allow 3–4 weeks to source decorations. For large/corporate events, ~14 days. If it’s last-minute, message us and we’ll try to help.

What forms of payment do you accept?

PayMe, FPS, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Alipay HK, Google Pay, Apple Pay. PayPal on request (+4% handling fee).

Which areas do you deliver to?

HK Island, Kowloon, Urban New Territories. Fees: HKI HK$100 < HK$750 (free ≥ HK$750); Kln HK$120 < HK$750 (free ≥ HK$750); Urban NT HK$200 < HK$1000 (free ≥ HK$1000). Lantau/outlying islands not covered; arrange delivery to Central Pier if needed.

“6–8 servings” = 6 generous slices (main dessert) or 8 smaller (after a full meal). Pro standard: ~150–200 cm³ per person. Guide: 16–18 cm (h~5 cm) → 6–8; 20–22 cm → 8–12; 24–26 cm → 12–16. How should I store my cake or pastries?

Cakes/entremets: refrigerate 4°C, remove 20 min before serving. Bite-size pastries: refrigerate, consume within 24–36h. Croquembouche: same day. Freshly made to order — never frozen.

Many items contain dairy, eggs, gluten and nuts. Some recipes can be adapted (vegetarian, hallal, gluten-free, nut-free) upon request; extra charges may apply. As we share one kitchen, traces may still be present; we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Corporate: ~7 days before delivery. Private: ≥72h may be eligible for partial refund/credit. <48h: no refund — fresh ingredients are already purchased for your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Accepted Answer

As products are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns or refunds after delivery or collection. If there’s an issue (damage, missing items, wrong product), message us within 2h with photos — we’ll review and arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.

What happens in case of typhoon or black rainstorm signal?

Accepted Answer

If a T8 typhoon or Black Rainstorm is in force, deliveries may be rescheduled for safety. We’ll contact you to arrange a new slot. If severe weather is expected, plan for the day before.
