You can order directly through our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp
We kindly ask that orders are placed at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to bake everything fresh and plan our schedule.
That said, if you have a last-minute request (<24h), don’t hesitate to reach out — if our production allows it, we’ll be happy to accommodate. It’s always easier for us if we know in advance, but we’ll do our best ✨.
The sooner the better — this way we can secure your slot and make sure we’re not fully booked for the day you need your order.
For private orders, we recommend placing your order early in the week for the upcoming weekend, especially for cakes from our standard menu.
For themed or customised cakes, please allow 3–4 weeks so we have time to order special toys or decorations and ensure everything arrives on time.
For large or corporate events, we recommend at least 10 days’ notice.

We require full payment when ordering to confirm and secure your slot.
We accept PayMe, FPS, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Alipay HK, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
PayPal is also available upon request (+4% handling fee).
Absolutely ✨ Everything we make is artisanal and tailored. From cake flavours and decorations to canapés, we work with you to design what best fits your event. Just send us your ideas via WhatsApp and we’ll refine the details together.
