DELIVERY & PICK-UP

We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and selected urban areas of the New Territories. Delivery availability and fees are calculated according to your delivery address at checkout.

​

Deliveries are scheduled in 1-hour time slots. Please select the slot closest to the time you actually need your order — there is no need to schedule delivery several hours early “just in case”. Our delivery times are carefully planned and respected.

Please make sure you have suitable refrigerated storage available if your order is delivered before it is served.

​

Need a precise handover time?
Fixed-time handovers, such as Central Pier collections for Discovery Bay, may be possible by prior arrangement only. Please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Pick-up
Pick-up is available in Tseung Kwan O by appointment. The exact location and agreed collection time will be confirmed with your order.

Collection times are also arranged within a 1-hour window, so please arrive during your confirmed slot

Practical notes:

  • Cakes are delicate – please carry them flat and avoid direct sunlight.

  • No cake knife or ice bags included by default. Add ice bags, napkins or cutlery sets to your order.

  • For outdoor events, a cooler box is highly recommended.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

​

  • Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received. Payment can be made online at checkout or by bank transfer.

  • Most standard products require a minimum of 36 hours’ notice, and 72 hours for Friday–Sunday orders. Availability may be more limited during busy periods.

  • Custom and themed cakes: please allow approximately 3–4 weeks whenever possible.

  •  Corporate catering and large events: early booking is strongly recommended. Please contact us as soon as your date is confirmed.
