• Forestière (Chicken & Mushroom) – tender chicken, sautéed mushrooms and shallots, gently reduced with white wine and cream, finished with fresh chives. Inspired by the traditional French Bouchées à la Reine.
• Crab-Style Surimi & Herb Cream – shredded surimi blended with cream and mayonnaise, lightly seasoned with lemon zest, mild mustard and fresh herbs.
