You must choose one return method at checkout:
Return via SF Express → You ship the thermos back at your own expense. A refundable deposit of 300 HKD is required for the thermos. The deposit is refunded once we receive it empty, rinsed, and in good condition.
Pick-up service (+120 HKD) → We collect the thermos from your location after the event.
