Our Saint-Honoré is crafted in the purest French tradition. The base is made from homemade inverted puff pastry, hand-rolled with AOP French butter. It is topped with a layer of vanilla diplomat cream, encircled by caramelised choux puffs filled with more cream, and finished with light chantilly swirls.

 

Unlike simplified versions made with pie crust, this Saint-Honoré respects the authentic recipe, requiring craftsmanship and precision. A refined dessert to serve 6–8 people, perfect for birthdays and celebrations.
