The filling is a pure almond cream, deliberately not cut with pastry cream, to preserve depth of flavour and authenticity.
Each cake is finished with a unique hand-scored decorative pattern, making every galette one of a kind. Produced in very limited quantities, each piece reflects the rhythm, care and craftsmanship of true artisanal production.
