Our Traditional Yule Log Cake (Bûche de Noël) is made following the authentic French holiday tradition.
A soft rolled Genoise sponge cake is filled with rich buttercream — your choice of chocolate or praliné — and then hand-decorated to resemble a rustic wooden log.
Finished with a bark-like texture, meringue mushrooms, and a light dusting of powdered sugar to evoke snow, this cake is both nostalgic and festive.
 
Each bûche is crafted entirely by hand, combining artisanal know-how and Christmas magic.
