French dessert consisting of choux pastry puffs piled into a cone and bound with threads of caramel. In Italy and France, it is often served at weddings, baptisms and first communions.
The name comes from the French "croque en bouche", meaning "crispy in mouth".
The size depends on the number of guests. Suggestions: 4 puffs (choux) by people.

Maximum 200 puffs for tower shape - 4700 HKD
Maximum 120 puffs for number shape (for example 2 numbers, 3 layers of puffs) - 3240 HKD
Mix of 2 flavors (vanilla, chocolate, coffee or praliné) start from 60 choux
