Small French pastries flavoured with rum and vanilla with a soft and tender custard center and a dark thick caramelized crust


Canelés (cannelés) de Bordeaux - 9 pieces

  • whole milk

    - vanilla pods

    - eggs

    - sugar

    - light brown sugar

    - wheat flour

    - rum

  • Better to eat from the day.

    Can be kept 2 to 3 days, in air thigh conteneur. NO FRIDGE.

    Warm up at 200°C 5 minutes to make crispy again if needed.
